July 4th, 2010

The Fourth of July is definitely one of the best holidays celebrated in our community. It starts with a pancake breakfast, followed by a parade and a carnival, and then an awesome fireworks show at night. We had a most fabulous time with family and friends.

Here's Daddy and Evan enjoying their pancakes and sausage.

Calum thinking about eating...he's pretty good at that. Actual eating.... not so much!

Evan was so excited about all the days events. I think next to Christmas the Fourth is his favorite holiday.

Brothers

Evan and his best pal Brock. These two have a special relationship. They just take off and start playing together the minute they see each other. It is so great to watch him develop friendships. Evan even had Brock stay over for his first sleep over a couple of weeks ago. That is pretty exciting stuff for a five year old.

Mommy and her pal Soyfa (AKA Frack) with our matching Diva hats.

Calum sitting on the curb waiting patiently for candy during the parade.

Want some candy...I have plenty Mommy.

The Fam at the parade

Calum and Julius heading towards the water (without bathing suits)..

Apparently bathing suits were not necessary.

Lissy looking extra cute with her sparkler

Evan and Calum watching the show. Evan loved it and shouted "Whoo-Hoo" as each one went off..Calum loved them too, but was not a fan of the loud ones.

Calum wanted to be right in on all the action

It was another great 4th of July spent with family and friends!
