We had such a great Easter weekend! Grandma and Papa joined us for the annual Easter egg hunt for the kids in our community. This year they also had a petting zoo and a fire truck.
Ready..Set..Go..! Here's Evan waiting ever so patiently behind the starting line for the egg hunt!
The boys with the Easter Bunny! It did take some convincing, but as you can see this Easter Bunny is not quite as scary looking as some of the other ones with a full bunny costume. Calum was unsure, but I think he went for it knowing big brother was next to him.
Calum was a big fan of feeding the goats, and Evan enjoyed petting them after watching them for a few minutes. I think he liked the fact that they were smaller than him.
After a long say of allergies and festivities Calum was too tired to walk. This was one of the few smiles I saw that day. I have to give him medication daily, and although he becomes somewhat symptom free, he is then drowsy and not quite himself.
That night (Saturday) we colored Easter eggs! This was Calum's first time. He liked watching the eggs (and his fingers) turn colors.
