Last weekend we were off to Target so that you could pick out your very own big boy underwear. Given the many choices, you chose Elmo. After Mommy had washed them and began putting them in your drawer, you spotted them. You then decided it was time to model them, and boy did you! You were so excited. After showing Daddy and Evan your new "big boy underwear" you ran up and down the hallway.

After the modeling and running, and running some more, it was time for bed. Tonight you really wanted to sleep in your big boy Elmo underwear. Since you are not potty trained yet this was not going to happen. We compromised, and you slept with them over your diaper.
Next week is the BIG WEEK. Let's just hope you are just as excited to pee and poop on the potty as you were to wear your new big boy underwear! I think your ready. If you can tell me "Mommy please change my diaper..I pooped". I think you can do it!

How cute! That's so funny because I was just telling somone today that "I'M almost ready" to potty train! Just bought the pull-ups on coupon at Costco last week! And we have our big boy undies too!
