This picture was taken of Evan on Christmas Eve 2006 when he was 2 Years old. Grandma bought him his very first Garbage truck. This was his favorite toy, and the most used toy in this house for years. Evan (before the age of two) was fascinated with the garbage man, garbage trucks, and the dump. That's right the STINKY dump!

Here he is showing off his garbage truck...then

And here he is three years later (Christmas 2009), showing off his new garbage truck yet again....Grandma bought him his second garbage truck since his old one was really worn out. Although he still played with the old one the sounds and levers no longer worked, and the piece that makes the garbage can move up and down was missing. You could say it was well loved.
Who knew this would be his favorite and most played with Christmas gift again three years later.
Grandma Knew!!!
he was thrilled to finally get his very OWN garbage truck. He too loves playing with his new garbage truck. In fact he even brought it to the park today.
Now in 2010 the Bressington boys can often be found zooming through the house with their garbage trucks collecting "garbage". This usually entails wadded up toilet paper, Mommy's new Kleenex and cotton balls, pieces of paper, cupboards, pennies from their piggy banks, crayons, and anything else they can find. They have even named their garbage men.
We love you Grandma! Thank you for our garbage trucks. We obviously love them!

So cute. Isn't it fun how the kids surprise us with what toys they love. Owen had his first trip to the dump last weekend and all week has been telling me the dump is scary.
Love seeing the flashback pics of Evan :) Gotta love the dumptrucks!
