In honor of yesterday being the last official day of summer we did one of our favorite summer time activities with our pals next door. The girls and Evan love running through the sprinklers. Calum on the other hand is not a fan just yet, most likely because of his height. The few times he has tried he gets water directly on his face. Not sure I would be a fan if that were the case. He likes to stand on the sidelines, dip his toes in the sprinklers, and run up and down the driveway with the big kids.
It is custom around here to warm their little bodies by laying on the hot sidewalk after sprinkler running.

Calum had a great time being the shaving cream disperser. Nothing like the feeling of being the man in charge. This doesn't happen much when your the youngest.

Ahhhh...goodbye summer. Maybe. Not sure the hot days are over quite yet. I will miss the outside activities though when all the cold rain comes our way. You took some great pics Auntie!!
Looks like the kids are having a great time. I'm loving the shaving cream. I thought summer was over but it doesn't seem like it with Jordan still having practices and baseball games, etc. Plus he'll be out of school for the next two weeks. I'm not allowed any rest. LOL
