Your feech

My little Mr. Calum,

You are continually surprising me with your smarts and specifically your language skills. You speak in sentences, tell me about your day even when I am not around, ask and answer what, where, and who questions appropriately. You are beginning to retell the days events which I find so amazing as a Mommy and probably more exciting too because of my profession.

Even though Mommy is a speech therapist I still think your speech errors (age appropriate) are so stinkin cute. You substitute /f/ for lots of /s/ blends and more specifically /sp/. Let me explain!

So since you are officially wearing big boy underwear (except for bedtime) you think it's very cool to go pee-pee outside. Hmmm..I wonder where you picked up this trait? It has been specified in the Bressington backyard by the Bressington boys whose pee spot is whose, and where they are located. It really does sound much worse than it is. Anyway, you like to tell Mommy and Daddy

"This is my pee fot" (spot), and "This is Evan's pee fot" (spot). It cracks me up each time.

If you listen closely to the video you will hear all about the "feshal" (special) treat we would have after dinner tonight. It so cracks me up! There are more silly ones but Mommy can't think of them right now. I know one year from now you won't be talking the same way and many of your speech errors will be corrected, but for now they make me file (smile). Oh yes and you like to eat "filey snacks" and "fit" (spit) like brother after brushing your teeth.
