A couple of week ago we took the boys on a Christmas train ride. It was two and a half hours of singing Christmas songs, listening to a Christmas story read by one of santa's elves, seeing Santa, eating cookies and of course drinking hot cocoa. The boys thought it was pretty cool!
I love this pic of Calum taking in the scenery.

Nothing better than a happy boy with a hot chocolate grin. Watching Evan's excitement this year about all things Christmas was awesome.

Every year in our community there is a golf cart parade where people decorate their golf carts and participate in a contest and parade. Since we don't have a golf cart (yet) we joined our good friends The Herrera's on theirs. Little did we know that some people go ALL out and take this contest very seriously. We had fun braving the cold night with our pals, seeing Snata on a fire truck, drinking hot chocolate, and just hanging out and being silly. Here is Evan and his pal Brock on the back of their cart ready to roll!

Lily enjoyed her hot chocolate. Can you tell?

Calum waiting patiently for his hot chocolate to cool down.

Evan and Lissy..love..true love!

I didn't get the whole thing but here is the golf cart that won first prize. A blow up Santa in a helicopter is on the top. Calum and Brock stopped to pose in front of the winning cart.

Jessica, Evan looks like you in the picture with the hot chocolate smile. And Calum waiting for his to cool is adorable (and a lot more practical than Samuel who still waits for his fudgecicles to warm up.)
That golf cart is over the top. I think you were better off NOT winning a prize. :)
Thank you for following my blog. It is about everything, not just the kids. Well, that's the plan, but you know how it goes. Did you get to check out Sam's blog?
Happy New Year!!!!
Very fun! I love the first pic of Calum taking in the view! How fun. I agree with Tracey, that golf cart is over-the-top!
Fun times! Love the true-love pic :)
