For Christmas Santa brought Evan a bike without training wheels as requested. By 10:00 am Christmas morning Evan was riding up and down the street, turning corners, and had learned how to use his brakes efficiently. For the past three months he has been riding a balance bike (a bike without pedals) we borrowed from our friend Ryan, and I knew as soon as he got a bike the same size as the balance bike with wheels he would take off, and he sure did.
My boy is growing up. I love you Evan!!

What a grown up boy! I can hardly recognize him as he rides at mock-5 speed in front of our windows :)
Way to go! We are still working on the no training wheels with Andrew's Xmas bike last year!
