Calum and Charlie

Calum brought Charlie to lunch today.

Charlie was my childhood object that I could not live without. He has survived being left at a shoe store, run over by my Dad's car, washed over and over, and knowing me being lost at least a thousand times...
and surprisingly he is still in tact, without any stitches I might add.

It was so cute watching Calum talk to Charlie, and he even shared his macaroni with him. This is the first time I have seen Calum participate in pretend play. It was adorable to watch as he talked to him, asked him if he wanted more, and then asked him if he liked mac-a-roon-i?
I always thought his first pretend play moments would be with one of him many Elmos.

And definitely never guessed it would have been with Charlie instead.

You sure know how to melt your mama's heart sweet boy!
