Yesterday being the brave mama that I am, I took Evan (age three) with me to the hair salon to have my hair colored..no cut, just colored. I thought this shouldn't take too long..right! Wrong! Two and a half hours later, and some unplanned reddish orange hair we were finally done. Evan was so patient, and a great boy. He was about to lose his mind the last thirty minutes as he sat on the ground raising and lowering the chair I was sitting in, and spinning the chair as I was trying to get it blow dried. Who could blame him... So off we went to Jamba juice for a "treat" since he was such a good boy.
I asked my very observant Evan if he liked Mommy's red hair. His reply
"Yes Mommy, but I think next time you should get blue hair"!

Thatta boy! At least he made you laugh about it. Okay, so when you go in to get your girl to fix it, please be wearing a pink shirt to really showcase the reddish-orange color!
He stayed there for 2.5 hours? That's impressive. I'll bet blue hair looks good. On someone. :)
