A couple of weeks ago we went apple picking, which was sooo much fun. The boys loved it. Evan got the hang of how to use the apple picker, and had our bag full in no time. The boys must have eaten about four apples each by the time we were finished. It was such a great day. Beautiful weather, nobody around, just us hanging out at a small apple orchard enjoying apple picking and some quality time with each other. Evan talked about it for days! Last time we went to this orchard I was pregnant with Calum and Evan was two. He of course does not remember, but we have pictures to prove it. I love this new tradition, and it is one we will continue to do each year.

Looks like so much fun! I've never been to an apple orchard and now I really want to go. I love all the family activities you guys are up to.

oh how fun! we used to have an apple tree in our backyard and i loved plucking the ripe apples from it each fall!
Ok, I had no idea there was even anything like an apple picker. Tell Evan he'll have to teach me how to use one some day.
