Guitar Man

Evan is so into music. No musical talent anywhere in my family. Geoff was in the choir when he was 8 or 9, so maybe it's from the Bressington side? Maybe I'm being biase, but I think he may have some talent.

Grandma and Papa bought Evan a guitar about a week ago, and he is loving it. He has even become quite the song writer. He makes up songs as he goes, strumming his guitar all the while.

I love watching him find so much joy and excitement in something, and although sometimes reserved around others, you would never know it by the performances he has been putting on around here!

Here he is singing "I've been working on the railroad". This has always been one of those songs that has stuck with him.

So cute! I think I've heard that a lot of musicians are reserved...until they hit the stage.

Jordan is currently taking guitar in school. He chose it because it replaces Spanish which he didn't want to take because he had to get up and talk in front of the class. Maybe they can get together and form a band. LOL

OMG I am soooo mad (not really, but still). I can't believe they bought him that. While Evan was at our house he was playing with Hannah's, the one we bought her from Hawaii. Remember? Anyways, I told them I was going to buy Evan one for Xmas. Oh, they are so going to hear it from me. That was MY idea!!!
Glad he likes it though.
