One of the many reasons this is such a big deal is because if you know my husband he is adventurous, yet cautious, and always thinks everything through before acting (especially a major purchase). So when this whole motorcycle idea came into play it was a shock. The main shocker was that he has never even been on a motorcycle, and yes he bought one without having never been on one, or having a license. He of course is now signed up to take the safety course, studying for his permit, and is only trying it out around the neighborhood. I must say that like most things he caught on very quickly, and took off without a wobble.
I guess you could say he is going through somewhat of a mid life crisis, but more than that he wanted to do something for himself. The more people I talk to the more I realize that many guys out there have either had a motorcycle or wish they had one. He gives the boys and I all of his time, so I can appreciate the fact that he does need something for him. I am trying to share in the joy and the excitement, really...I am....

Glad we were there for the first ride!! And if I'm "lucky", I'll be the next motorcycle wife in the group. Should we start perfecting our fish-eye puree now--HA!! Atleast you'll have gift ideas for the next 30 years...ya know--jackets, helmets, leather chaps
That's hilarious because he already has his christmas wish list in for his accessories...
I'm really trying to picture you and Casey as biker chicks... Goeff looks like he's having fun though.
OMG, all I can say...

Beautiful bike! I had a hard time when Aaron first wanted a bike, but I have to say I love it! Beware though...the wish list seems to only grow with each holiday!
WOW!! Looks like he's loving it! Can't wait to see you in SD.

My husband SO wants a motorcycle. I hope he sets his sights on something a little less expensive than a harley though. It looks like quite a hog! :)
